Key Responsibilities
- Liaise and coordinate closely with the Branch Director and branch admin on all administrative matters.
- Prepare, issue, and verify invoices for project cases.
- Support the Business Development team by gathering and compiling property-related information.
- Maintain and update project listings in company systems, including data entry for project cases and commission distribution.
- Organize, file, and maintain records of appointment letters.
- Handle and respond to agents enquiries as required.
