Job Description
· Day-to-day management of E-Commerce sites’ operation (content/promotions/products).
· Develop and implement E-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
· Actively provide ideas and suggestions to achieve targets.
· Create and update product listings for new products in different marketplaces (Shopee & Laz Mall).
· Assist to implement digital marketing or sales campaigns on multiple marketplaces.
· Manage customers’ inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
· Work with logistics team to ensure smooth fulfilment process with excellent customer satisfaction.
· Verifies that all product listed are accurate and in high quality.
· Audit marketplaces to ensure pricing is accurate and that products are categorized correctly.
· Analyze past sales, identify trends, determine fast and slow-moving inventory, and to identify sources for converting and non-converting traffic.
· Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trend.
· Generate reports for analysis and insights on promotions and campaigns’ performances.
· Performs competitor analysis on their latest promotional and marketing strategies
· Actively take part in scheduled internal weekly meetings & brainstorming
· Directly report to Managing Director and Executive Director.
· Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
· Other ad hoc tasks.
