🌸 We’re Hiring: Business Development & Key Account Executive (Retail Channels) 🌸

Fleur is growing, and we’re looking for someone passionate about building opportunities and partnerships to bring our tudung brand closer to women everywhere.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage sales channels including kiosks, pop-up stores, and placements in department stores (e.g. Isetan, Sogo, Metrojaya).
• Explore partnership opportunities with supermarkets, retail chains, and affiliate partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key accounts.
• Identify new sales opportunities and execute strategies to grow Fleur’s market presence.

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth setup, promotion, and brand alignment across all channels.

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales, business development, or key account management (preferably in fashion, retail, or FMCG).
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and result-driven.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Passion for fashion/lifestyle brands and understanding of Muslimah market is a plus.
