We are a growing retail brand specializing in travel luggage bags, water bottles, and lifestyle accessories, dedicated to offering high-quality, functional, and stylish products that make everyday life and travel more convenient.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Salespersons to join our team across multiple retail locations. As a frontline representative of our brand, you will play a key role in assisting customers, promoting our products, and contributing to sales targets — all while maintaining a welcoming and professional store environment.

Locations:

• Lalaport, Kuala Lumpur 
• Aurora Place, Bukit Jalil 
• Sunway Square (New Sunway Mall)

Job Requirements

• Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making purchase decisions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, promotions, and store policies. 
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, and process returns or exchanges. 
• Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed. 
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. 
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Follow company procedures for security, health, and safety.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift merchandise.
