Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing &amp; Campaign Execution
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).</li>
<li>Monitor ad performance and optimize for maximum ROI (cost-per-lead, conversion rate, etc.).</li>
<li>Track and report key performance metrics using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).</li>
</ul>
Content Creation &amp; Marketing
<ul>
<li>Create and manage engaging content for marketing materials (e.g., landing pages, blogs, newsletters, brochures).</li>
<li>Collaborate with trainers and internal teams to translate training content into compelling promotional assets.</li>
</ul>
Social Media Management
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement content calendars for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).</li>
<li>Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and follower growth strategies.</li>
<li>Monitor trends and provide insights to keep content fresh and relevant.</li>
</ul>
Website &amp; Landing Page Management
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update website content and design using WordPress or relevant CMS.</li>
<li>Create SEO-optimized pages to promote specific training programmes and events.</li>
</ul>
CRM &amp; Lead Nurturing
<ul>
<li>Manage leads and email campaigns using CRM tools&nbsp;</li>
<li>Segment databases and craft automated workflows for lead nurturing and follow-ups.</li>
</ul>
Creative Coordination
<ul>
<li>Able to use tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to develop visual content.</li>
<li>Coordinate photo/video shoots for training highlights, client testimonials, and marketing assets.</li>
</ul>
