Job Description
1. Financial Accounting
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation)
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
- Perform journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
2. Audit & Reporting
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents
- Assist in year-end audit and tax submission
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years relevant experience (fresh grads can be considered for junior role)
- Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., MFRS)
- Familiar with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, Xero, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to read and write in Chinese is an added advantage.
