Job Description

1. Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations

• Assist in daily restaurant, café, or banquet operations.
   
• Support table set-up, order taking, and serving.
   
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
   
• Assist in organizing events, functions, or catering services.
   

2. Event & Banquet Management

• Assist in setting up and coordinating events, weddings, or conferences.
   
• Work with the events team to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
   
• Provide on-ground support during functions.
   

3. Administration & Coordination

• Assist in preparing daily reports and updating guest records.
   
• Learn about hospitality management software and reservation systems.
   
• Support departmental managers in clerical tasks.
   

4. Learning & Development

• Participate in on-the-job training across different departments.
   
• Shadow experienced staff to gain exposure to real-world hospitality practices.
   
• Contribute ideas to improve service quality and guest experience.

Job Requirements

Education & Background

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, Business, or related field.
   
• Basic knowledge of hospitality operations will be an added advantage.
   

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
   
• Pleasant personality with a customer service mindset.
   
• Able to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
   
• Willing to learn and rotate between different departments.
   
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office; knowledge of hotel PMS/reservation systems is a plus).
   

Other Requirements

• Able to commit to a minimum internship period (e.g., 3–6 months).
   
• Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts (as per hospitality industry standards).
   
• Good command of spoken and written English (other languages are an advantage).
   
• Must be well-groomed, professional, and punctual.
