Job Description

  • To have related experience in interior commercial project and able to works closely with clients, vendors, consultant & engineer.
  • To take responsibility within and outside the office for the management of a project including the staff and resources involved in that project.  
  • To be responsible for leading team members to develop critical relationships by demonstrating and promoting effective relationship building throughout the company, with subcontractor, vendors and throughout the industry.   
  • Reviewing all project correspondence, meeting notes and other data to keep fully informed on the project.  
  • Monitoring the performance of sub-contractors & sub-consultants on the project for whom we are responsible and the taking of immediate steps to overcome non performance or other difficulties.  
  • Ensuring that the client's requirements, needs and wants are met within the terms of our conditions of engagement and fee.  
  •  Planning projects strategically financially and over time, to monitor performance against that plan and take action when adverse variation occurs. 
  •  Reporting regularly to the Management on project performances against the strategic, financial and time planning, on any necessary corrective action needed or taken and on any work required or carried out which is outside the conditions of engagement on that project.  
  • Monitoring the performance of the project design against the requirements of the appropriate statutory authorities.  
  •  Establishing with, and obtaining from the Company the required staff and equipment resources for the project team.  

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Architectural/Design, Art/Design, Engineering or equivalent.  
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Projects, Excel, Outlook, Word.  
  • At least 6 to 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.  
  • Required language(s): English, Malay & Mandarin.
  • Good communication and listening skills able to understand client requirements and expectation.
  • Self-motivated and responsible with good working attitude.
  • Possess own transport.
