Job Description
- To produce design developments works as space planning, concept drawings, 3D perspective based on client requirements.
- To have related experience in interior design of commercial project and able to works closely with clients
- Hardworking, self motivated with good interpersonal, able to works closely with client, project team, consultant and vendors.
- Estimate materials requirements and budget and provide design solutions to obtain approval from client.
- Able to handle ad-hoc tasks and deliver the design drawings or information on time based on site progress.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Architecture & Design or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): 3D Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCAD & Sketch Up.
- At least 3 to 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Malay & Mandarin.
- Good communication and listening skills able to understand client requirements and expectation.
- Self-motivated and responsible with good working attitude.
- Possess own transport.
