Job Description
Accounting Intern / 会计实习生
Location: Gelugor, Penang
Allowance: RM500 – RM800
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (5-day work week)
Fresh graduates or students currently pursuing Diploma/Degree are welcomeResponsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting data entry and document filing
- Support in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Help update accounting records and reconcile transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Communicate with suppliers or customers on payment-related matters
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Perform data entry using SQL, including CP58 forms, TikTok Coins payment, and e-commerce sales tracking
岗位职责：
- 协助处理日常会计数据录入与文件整理
- 协助开具与处理发票、收据及付款凭证
- 协助更新会计记录与核对账务
- 协助月结与结账工作
- 与供应商或客户沟通付款相关事宜
- 完成上司交办的其他临时任务
- 使用 SQL 进行数据录入，包括处理 CP58 表格、TikTok 币付款及电商平台销售追踪
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proficient in Mandarin (required), with basic English & Malay communication skills
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or related fields
- Detail-oriented, organized & willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & accounting software is an advantage
