 Entertainment Live Stream Operation Intern / 娱乐直播运营实习生Location: No.1-25, 2-25, 3-25, Residensi Park, Bandar Bukit Jalil, Persiaran Jalil Utama, Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala LumpurAllowance: RM800 – RM1500Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5-day work week)Fresh graduates or students currently pursuing Diploma/Degree are welcome.Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing entertainment livestreams and campaigns.
• Support hosts in pre-live preparations such as content direction, engagement planning, and audience interaction setup.
• Monitor livestream performance in real time (traffic, interaction, engagement) and provide technical or operational support.
• Help with post-live reviews, including performance analysis, campaign reporting, and host feedback tracking.
• Collect and analyze livestream data (e.g., viewer retention, interaction rate, peak times) to assist in optimizing content strategies.
• Coordinate with platforms like TikTok LIVE for campaign participation and resource updates.

• 实时监控直播表现（流量、互动、观看率等），并提供直播期间的支持。
• 协助进行直播复盘、绩效分析及活动反馈整理。
• 收集与分析直播数据（如停留时长、互动率、流量高峰等），为内容优化提供参考。
• 与平台（如TikTok LIVE）对接，参与官方活动及了解最新平台资源。

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
• Passionate about livestreaming, entertainment content, or influencer management.
• Basic understanding of TikTok LIVE or other livestream platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and eager to learn livestream operations and data tracking.
• Proficient in Mandarin (required), with working knowledge of English and Malay.
