Live Stream Assistant Intern / 直播助理实习生Location: Gelugor, PenangAllowance: RM500 – RM800Working Hours: 晚班时间大约3pm-12am，实际时间会按直播时间做调整Fresh graduates or students currently pursuing Diploma/Degree are welcome.Job Responsibilities：
- Assist in setting up livestream sessions (equipment, lighting, and background arrangement)
- Support livestream operations on TikTok, Instagram, or other platforms (product display, on-screen comments, order tracking)
- Coordinate with hosts/streamers to ensure smooth broadcast flow
- Help prepare livestream materials, scripts, and promotional banners
- Monitor viewer engagement and assist in improving live performance data
- Record sales and audience statistics after each livestream
- Handle ad-hoc tasks related to marketing or content creation as assigned
岗位职责：
- 协助布置直播现场，包括设备、灯光与背景摆设
- 协助运营直播平台（如 TikTok、Instagram 等），负责商品上架、留言互动与订单跟进
- 与主播沟通协调，确保直播流程顺畅
- 准备直播所需素材、脚本与宣传图片
- 监控观众互动情况，并协助分析与优化直播效果
- 整理每场直播后的销售与观看数据
- 处理上司交办的临时性任务（如市场或内容支援）
Job Requirements
Requirements / 任职要求
- Proficient in Mandarin (required), with basic English & Malay communication skills
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Broadcasting, or related fields
- Passionate about livestream, e-commerce, and online content
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of TikTok / Shopee Live / Douyin Live is an advantage
