• Plan and execute social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu to boost brand awareness and engagement
• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and collaborations with influencers, merchants, and brand partners across entertainment livestreaming, e-commerce livestreaming, and beverage (F&B) brand marketing sectors
• Depending on expertise, candidates may focus on one or more of these areas for social media management

Content Strategy & Production

• Oversee content creation, copywriting, visual coordination, video shooting, and posting schedules
• Produce short-form videos and graphic content (e.g., campaign visuals, product videos, behind-the-scenes)

Operations & Ad Management

• Run and manage social media ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Xiaohongshu Ads Platform, etc.), analyze performance, and optimize campaigns
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry hot topics to adapt content strategies

工作职责:多领域品牌运营

• 制定并执行社交媒体营销策略，覆盖 TikTok、Instagram、Facebook、YouTube、小红书 等平台，提升品牌曝光与粉丝互动
• 策划、执行并管理与 KOL / 网红 / 商家 / 品牌合作伙伴 的营销活动，涵盖娱乐直播、电商直播及饮料（F&B）品牌营销领域
• 根据候选人优势，可重点负责其中一个或多个领域的社交媒体运营

内容策划与制作

• 管理内容创作、文案撰写、视觉统筹、视频拍摄与发布排程
• 制作短视频及图片内容（如活动宣传图、产品短视频、幕后花絮）

运营与广告投放

• 投放并管理社交媒体广告（Meta Ads、TikTok Ads、小红书广告平台等），分析成效并优化策略
• 关注最新社交媒体趋势、平台算法变化及行业热点，并灵活应用于内容策略

Job Requirements

 Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of social media marketing experience with proven successful cases
• Ability to independently handle content planning, shooting, video editing, and graphic design
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese (mandatory) and English for content creation and communication
• Proficient in video shooting and editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.)
• Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Familiar with short-form and visual content platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Xiaohongshu) and ad tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Xiaohongshu Ads Platform, etc.)
• Applicants must submit a portfolio, including short-form video samples or links to social media accounts they have managed or contributed to (experience in livestream or beverage/F&B sectors preferred)
