About This Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Marketing & General Office Executive to support our growing business operations in Penang.

This role combines marketing coordination, administrative support, and day-to-day office management to ensure smooth internal operations and effective brand communication.

You will play an important role in helping WAIMIN grow brand awareness, support sales initiatives, and maintain an efficient office environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. 
  • Manage social media content, postings, and engagement (mainly Mandarin content). 
  • Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and external partners for marketing materials. 
  • Support website updates, product promotions, and campaign reporting. 
  • Handle general office administration, filing, documentation, and inventory. 
  • Prepare quotations, reports, presentations, and internal documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication with internal teams. 
  • Support customer inquiries and basic sales administration. 
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth daily office operations.

Job Requirements

  

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 
  • 1–3 years of working experience in marketing or office administration (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered). 
  • Mandarin proficiency is essential (spoken and written), as marketing content and communication will be primarily in Mandarin. 
  • Good working proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Familiar with social media platforms and basic digital marketing. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently.
