Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth. You’ll own both inbound and outbound sales activities, manage the CRM pipeline, support proposal development, and collaborate closely with our senior leads to convert opportunities into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Qualification
- Qualify and prioritize inbound SEO-generated leads
- Schedule and conduct discovery email, whatsapp and calls
- Maintain daily CRM updates and ensure pipeline hygiene
- Outbound Prospecting
- Develop and execute targeted outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Build and nurture prospect lists in key industries
- Warm up cold contacts with tailored messaging
- Proposal & Quotation Support
- Draft, customize and deliver professional proposals and quotations
- Collaborate project teams to align offerings with client needs
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on pipeline metrics
- Provide weekly sales dashboards and forecast updates
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with project team leads to ensure seamless handover from sales to project delivery
- Gather market feedback to refine service offerings
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of business development experience (agency experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and client-facing confidence
- Self-starter mindset; comfortable working both independently and in a team
