Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Web Designer who enjoys fast-paced digital production, responsive layout design, and WordPress/Elementor execution.
Your main responsibilities include:
1.Website Layout & Execution
- Design and build corporate websites using Figma and WordPress (using Elementor builder)
- Translate brand guidelines, content frameworks, and wireframes into functional page layouts
- Apply responsive design best practices across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Ensure clean structure, consistency, and proper application of global styles
2.Digital Production Tasks
- Resize, retouch, and optimise images and graphics for web
- Create simple digital assets (icons, banners, layout elements) based on brand identity
3.Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with website lead, copywriters and project team to clarify scope, timelines, and priorities
- Collaborate with the graphic designers when high-complexity graphics are required
- Follow structured SOPs for website design, development handover, plugin management, and QC
Job Requirements
- Required skill(s): Figma, Adobe Photoshop and basic image editing
- Knowledge with WordPress, Elementor or any page builder is strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, task-driven agency environment
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Proficient in English. Being able to communicate in Malay/Chinese will be an added advantage.
