Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Finance Executive. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day finance operations of our agency, as well as providing bookkeeping, accounting, administrative, and finance operational support to various departments. 

• Finance & Accounting:
• Generate and manage purchase orders, quotations, and invoices. 
• Initiate payment for our vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct bookkeeping using AutoCount software.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  
• Ad-Hoc Operation:
• Provide administrative support to all departments as needed.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in accounting software such as AutoCount.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly accurate with a strong commitment to quality.
• Adaptable and able to learn new things quickly.
