Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who specialises in branding, publication, digital and printed design. This role goes beyond execution, helping shape brand directions, translating strategy into strong visual systems, and elevating the overall design quality across client work.

You will work closely with project managers, writers, and the creative lead to deliver cohesive, high-quality branding solutions for SMEs, corporates and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the conceptualisation and design of brand identities, including logos, visual systems, colour palettes, typography, and brand guidelines
   
• Develop strong key visuals (KVs) that can scale across multiple touchpoints such as print, digital, social, corporate materials,
   
• Translate brand strategy, positioning, and messaging into clear, consistent visual outcomes
   
• Maintain brand consistency across all applications and ensure designs align with corporate standards
   
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing direction and design feedback where required
   
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure design intent is preserved throughout execution
   
• Ensure all work meets quality, technical, and brand standards before final delivery

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of professional design experience.
   
• Solid portfolio demonstrating branding systems, key visuals, and real-world brand applications
   
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
   
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
   
• Experience working with a branding, creative or design agency is highly preferred
   
• Able to think conceptually and execute with precision
   
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
   
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly
