About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Associate to support our Corporate Reporting team. You will assist in managing high-stakes projects, including annual reports, integrated reports, and sustainability reports, for listed companies, government agencies, and multinational corporations (MNCs).

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing end-to-end corporate report projects (e.g. annual reports, sustainability reports)
• Coordinate with clients, writers, designers, and printers to ensure timely delivery
• Support branding projects (e.g. corporate profiles, brand guidelines, basic design assets)
• Ensure all files and documents are properly updated and organised in shared drives
• Review and proofread drafts for formatting, grammar, layout, and visual consistency
• Prepare project briefs, client meeting notes, and internal task trackers
• Support client meetings, communicate feedback, and follow up with relevant parties
• Manage project timelines, quotations, and approvals
• Support tender submissions and proposal documentation when needed

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
• Extremely detail-oriented and well-organised
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Familiar with creative or publishing workflows
• Fresh grads with internship experience in design, writing, or project management are welcome
   

Bonus if you have:

• Background in design, communications, or publishing
• Experience with Adobe InDesign or project tracking tools
• Prior work with listed companies, agencies, or on corporate communications materials
• Basic understanding of ESG or sustainability reporting frameworks
