You will assist in managing high-stakes projects, including annual reports, integrated reports, and sustainability reports, for listed companies, government agencies, and multinational corporations (MNCs).</p>
<p>This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in managing end-to-end corporate report projects (e.g. annual reports, sustainability reports)</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients, writers, designers, and printers to ensure timely delivery</li>
<li>Support branding projects (e.g. corporate profiles, brand guidelines, basic design assets)</li>
<li>Ensure all files and documents are properly updated and organised in shared drives</li>
<li>Review and proofread drafts for formatting, grammar, layout, and visual consistency</li>
<li>Prepare project briefs, client meeting notes, and internal task trackers</li>
<li>Support client meetings, communicate feedback, and follow up with relevant parties</li>
<li>Manage project timelines, quotations, and approvals</li>
<li>Support tender submissions and proposal documentation when needed</li>
</ul>
