Role Overview

We are seeking a Publication Designer who has a strong eye for detail, excellent layout skills, and experience in producing corporate publications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality reports, brochures, coffee table books, and other corporate communication materials that align with our clients’ branding and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop annual reports, sustainability reports, and corporate publications using Adobe InDesign and other design software.
   
• Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, and clients to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
   
• Create professional layouts, infographics, charts, and data visualisations to enhance content readability.
   
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and branding across all publications.
   
• Ensure all designs are print-ready, liaising with external printers to manage specifications, colour profiles, and quality checks.
   
• Adapt designs into digital formats (PDF, interactive publications, or microsites) when required.
   
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices in corporate reporting and publication design.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Architecture or related field.
   
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
   
• Strong portfolio showcasing publication and corporate report design.
   
• Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout skills.
   
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
   
• Knowledge of print production processes is an advantage.
   
• Familiarity with corporate branding and professional design standards.
