Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Designer with a strong eye for concept, visual systems, and brand expression. This role focuses on creating brand identities, key visuals, and core creative assets that define how a brand looks and feels across touchpoints.

You’ll work closely with our creative director and project teams on corporate branding, rebranding, and campaign-style visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to branding and rebranding projects, including logo design, brand identity systems, key visual concepts, and brand guideline decks.
  • Develop key visuals for corporate brands, campaigns, launches, and marketing materials, ensuring strong conceptual grounding and visual clarity.
  • Translate brand strategy and positioning into cohesive visual languages across print and digital applications.
  • Collaborate with our creative director, writers, and project managers to refine concepts and execute ideas accurately.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and craft across all brand and key visual deliverables.
  • Participate in creative discussions, concept reviews, and internal critiques to raise overall design standards.

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

  • 2 to 5 years of professional design experience, with strong emphasis on branding, brand identity systems, and key visual development.
  • A solid portfolio demonstrating logo design, brand systems, and conceptual key visuals (not just executions)
  • Strong conceptual thinking — able to translate brand strategy into clear visual directions
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour systems, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Able to develop designs that are consistent, scalable, and brand-led, not just visually attractive
  • Detail-oriented with high standards for craft, alignment, and visual consistency
  • Able to manage multiple projects and timelines with minimal supervision
  • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly with project managers, writers, and other designers
  • Proficient in English; Malay and/or Mandarin is an added advantage
