Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to design and implement an automated outbound marketing system. The role involves building backend automation, integrating with APIs (WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and auto-dialer), and developing a dashboard for campaign management and reporting. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop an automated outbound marketing system (complete software stack & end-to-end solution)
• Build backend automation engine (scheduling, sequencing, and follow-ups).
• Develop a simple, user-friendly dashboard for campaign management and reporting.
• Integrate with external APIs (WhatsApp Business API, SendGrid/Mailgun, Twilio, etc.).
• Manage database for leads, campaigns, and results tracking.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and data security.
• Collaborate with marketing team to understand requirements and implement features.
• Provide documentation and basic user training.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of at least one backend framework: Wordpress, Elementor, Woocommerce, Python, or PHP (Laravel).
• Experience with API integration (REST, Webhooks, third-party services).
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Experience in frontend development (React, Vue.js, or Laravel Blade) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CRM systems or marketing automation is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
