F&B Supervisor

Are you an experienced F&B professional ready to step into a leadership role? Wangsa Group is looking for a high-energy, versatile Supervisor to help lead our F&B operations.
With a rapidly expanding footprint (including our newest locations at SMAI Petaling Street and Mutiara Damansara), we need a "hands-on" leader who can ensure our outlets run like clockwork while delivering an exceptional experience to every guest.
The Role:
As a Supervisor, you are the bridge between management and the floor. You will be responsible for:
- Operational Leadership: Assisting the Outlet Manager in daily operations and taking full charge during their absence.
- The "Closing" Expert: Managing closing shifts with precision, ensuring the outlet is secure, clean, and ready for the next day.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Overseeing stock counts, managing pastry inventory, and ensuring minimal wastage.
- All-Rounder Excellence: Leading by example on the floor—this includes professional waitressing, jumping behind the bar for Barista work, and handling our premium pastry displays.
- Team Support: Training junior staff and maintaining a positive, high-standard team culture.
Who You Are:
- The All-Rounder: You have a solid background in F&B and are comfortable switching between service, coffee-making, and administrative tasks.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for inventory levels and outlet cleanliness.
- A Natural Leader: You know how to motivate a team during a busy lunch rush while keeping your cool.
- Responsible & Trustworthy: You take pride in managing the "nuts and bolts" of the business, from stock orders to shift handovers.
- Experience: At least 2 years in F&B, with some experience in a senior or supervisory capacity.
