We are a non-halal establishment dedicated to the artistry of handmade pasta, authentic pizzas, and high-quality culinary service. Job Responsibilities

Beverage, Dessert Duties

• Prepare and serve House drinks according to Basilico recipes
• Ensure consistency in taste, portion, presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of bar counter, tools, glassware, equipment
• Prepare in-house Italian desserts & breads according to Basilico recipes
• Assist in developing Dessert of the Month recipes 
• Ingredients inventory management 

Cleaning & Housekeeping

• Perform daily cleaning of Bar area
• Handle Bar Opening & Closing duties
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients & tools

Service Support

• Work closely with Kitchen & Floor Team for smooth operations
• May assist Service Team with floor duties 

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in cafe, restaurant preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in Beverage / Desserts is preferred
• Good teamwork, multitasking skills hygiene standards
• Responsible & detail-oriented
• Must be comfortable working in a non-halal restaurant
• Malaysian Citizens only
