About Us

Founded in 2013 in Singapore, Wantjoin Group began as a global distribution hub for leading consumer electronics brands. Today, with offices across Southeast Asia, we are an end-to-end e-commerce solution provider and an OEM/ODM smart-watch partner for global brands.

In Malaysia, our team is small, agile, and entrepreneurial. We are currently launching an experimental initiative to integrate OpenClaw into our core business operations. This isn't a "training program"—it's a shared mission to see how far we can push agentic AI.

What We Will Explore Together

• The Frontiers of OpenClaw: We will dive deep into the OpenClaw (www.openclaw.ai) framework to see how it can be bent and shaped to fit a real-world e-commerce and distribution business.
• Agentic Intelligence vs. Reality: We will experiment with building "Claws" (agents) that can handle complex, multi-step business logic—testing where they succeed and where they fail.
• Operations R&D: You won't be following a manual; we will be writing the manual together. We’ll explore how to automate customer service, social media engagement, and backend logistics using autonomous agents.
• The Future of "Work": We will investigate how AI agents can shift our team’s focus from "doing" repetitive tasks to "managing" intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• System Prototyping: Actively build and iterate on experimental business tools using the OpenClaw framework.
• Workflow Deconstruction: Work alongside the Managing Director to identify "bottleneck" processes and attempt to solve them with AI agents.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Navigate the "bleeding edge"—fixing bugs, refining prompts, and exploring API integrations to keep our agents functional.
• Documentation of Discovery: Keep a record of what works and what doesn't, helping us build a proprietary "AI Playbook" for the company.

Job Requirements

• The "Hacker" Mindset: You are the type of person who sees a new AI framework and immediately tries to break it or build something with it.
• Autonomous Learner: Since we are exploring with you, you need to be comfortable finding your own answers in GitHub repos, Discord communities, and technical docs.
• Technical Proficiency: A strong interest in Python, APIs, or Low-Code/No-Code is highly preferred. If you’ve played with AutoGPT, CrewAI, or LangChain, you’ll fit right in.
• The "Can-Do" Spirit: You aren't afraid of a project that might fail 10 times before it succeeds once.
