Job Responsibilities
Service Leadership
- Lead the Service Team during daily operations
- Ensure smooth service and excellent guest experience
- Monitor & track service timing, table turnover, guest satisfaction
- Handle reservations, customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Team Management
- Train, guide, motivate service team
- Assign & monitor daily side duties and cleaning tasks
- Ensure service team grooming, hygiene, punctuality, discipline
- Assist with new service staff onboarding
Operations Management
- Work with team for reservations, seating plan, walk-in flow
- Oversee Opening & Closing duties
- Ensure service stations are clean and stocked
- Identify areas to improve Service workflow & efficiency
Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and bar area
- Carry out & supervise daily and weekly cleaning checklists
- Report & follow up on maintenance issues
Stock & Inventory Control
- Monitor & assist with stock ordering
- Conduct and lead regular stock inventory checks
- Ensure proper storage and minimise wastage
Process Improvement & Cost Control
- Identify areas to reduce wastage & cost control methods
- Suggest improvements to increase table turnover & sales
- Support SOP implementation to improve consistency & productivity
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Restaurant Service (Supervisor level preferred)
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and well organised
- Must be comfortable working in a non-halal restaurant
- Malaysian Citizens only
