Job Description: Sales & Retail Intern (Diving & Water Sports)

Location: Selangor, KL
Duration: 3-6 months
Allowance: RM 800 - RM 1,200 per month + sales commission

Internship Overview:
This internship offers comprehensive training in retail sales and customer service within the exciting diving and water sports industry. You'll learn all aspects of store operations while developing valuable sales skills.

Key Learning Opportunities:

• Customer service and sales techniques
• Product knowledge of diving and water sports equipment
• Store operations and visual merchandising
• Inventory management and stock receiving
• Point-of-sale system operation
• Basic store administration

Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product selection
• Learn about various diving equipment and their uses
• Help maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Assist with receiving new shipments
• Process customer transactions
• Support senior staff with daily tasks

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed any diploma/degree
• Fluent in Chinese (to communicate with our regional team and customers)
• Good command of English
• Passion for or strong interest in diving and water sports
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• No prior experience necessary

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with light lifting and moving of products
