Location: Selangor, KL
Work Schedule: Part-Time, 3-5 days per week (Flexible shifts including weekends)
Compensation: Hourly Rate + Sales Commission

About the Role:
We're looking for a physically active and energetic Part-Time Store Assistant who shares our love for diving and water sports. You'll help with daily store operations, from serving customers to handling incoming goods and maintaining our store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming shipments of diving and water sports equipment
• Move and handle heavy items (diving tanks, weight belts, surfboards, etc.) safely
• Unpack, check, and organize new inventory
• Greet customers and help them find suitable diving and water sports gear
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize product displays
• Process sales transactions at the counter
• Learn about our products to provide accurate information to customers

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift and move heavy items (up to 20kg) regularly
• Comfortable with standing for extended periods
• Able to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and carrying

Language Requirements:

• Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) to communicate effectively with our Hong Kong-based management and diverse customer base
• Ability to read and understand product information in both languages

Other Requirements:

• Passion for or strong interest in diving and water sports
• Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
• No prior experience required - we provide training!
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Responsible and reliable with good safety awareness

Nice to Have:

• Personal experience with diving, snorkeling or water sports
• Previous retail or warehouse experience
• Student or fresh graduate welcome to apply
