Job Description

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content featuring our company directors for internal and external communications
   
• Work closely with the directors team to conceptualize video ideas aligned with the personal branding
   
• Create both short-form and long-form content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
   
• Ensure video shoots are professionally lit, framed, and recorded with high-quality audio
   
• Handle post-production editing including color grading, audio mixing, and adding text/graphics
   
• Capture behind-the-scenes or documentary-style content when needed
   
• Stay updated on video and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant
   

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in videography or content creation
   
• Strong portfolio showcasing interview-style or personality-led videos (please attach/showreel)
   
• Solid understanding of lighting, framing, and audio for professional shoots
   
• Good communication skills and confidence when directing or filming company leadership
   
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects on tight timelines
