Job Description

• Host regular live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee Live, presenting and promoting products in an engaging, clear, and persuasive manner.
   
• Introduce and demonstrate products with detailed descriptions, usage tips, and personal recommendations.
   
• Engage with the audience during live sessions: respond to comments, answer questions, create a fun and interactive experience to retain viewers.
   
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to plan content, promotions, product focus, and scripts.
   
• Monitor and analyze livestream performance metrics such as viewer count, engagement, and conversion rates.
   
• Stay updated with platform trends (especially TikTok), including hashtags, sounds, challenges, and live commerce strategies.
   
• Maintain a professional and consistent on-camera presence that reflects the brand identity.
   
• Coordinate with the logistics or fulfillment team to ensure smooth post-sale customer experience.
   
• Assist in creating short-form content (e.g., TikTok videos or Shopee product teasers) if required.
  
   

Job Requirements

• Prior experience as a live host/content creator
   
• Confident and articulate speaker with excellent presentation and improvisation skills.
   
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, audience behavior, and e-commerce selling tactics.
   
• Passion for products and ability to build excitement and trust with online audiences.
   
• Comfortable with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on campaign schedules.
   
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
   
• Basic knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera setup for livestreams (a plus).
   
• Fluency in English and Malay
   

Skills
