🚀 Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly hands-on and execution-driven Retail & Events Executive to manage our retail outlets, pop-up booths, and on-ground activations.

This role is for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, solving real problems on the ground, and driving sales performance — not just planning, but executing.

🎯 Job Scope

(a) Retail Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth execution 
• Manage staff scheduling, coordination, and performance 
• Monitor sales performance and optimize store output 
• Ensure proper visual merchandising, display, and customer experience 
• Handle on-ground issues and provide immediate solutions 

(b) Event & Booth Management (A–Z)

• Plan and execute pop-up booths, roadshows, and retail activations 
• Manage full setup and teardown process 
• Coordinate logistics (stock, transport, manpower, equipment) 
• Lead and manage promoters / part-timers during events 
• Drive on-ground sales and ensure targets are met 
• Optimize booth performance (conversion, traffic, engagement) 

(c) Operational Execution, Stock Control & Reporting

• Manage stock allocation across retail and events 
• Track stock movement, usage, and reconciliation 
• Handle return logistics and restocking 
• Prepare reports on sales, performance, and operational issues 
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose actionable solutions

• Experience in retail, events, or operations (fresh grads with strong attitude can apply) 
• Strong execution ability — able to get things done fast and accurately 
• Comfortable working on weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours 
• Able to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments 
• Strong problem-solving skills on the ground

• Experience in pop-up booths, bazaars, or retail activations 
• Experience managing part-timers or promoters 
• Basic understanding of sales metrics (conversion, AOV, etc.) 
• Experience in fashion, FMCG, or e-commerce brands
