• This one gives you a real booth at Art Of Speed, Hausboom, Boom+, and Lahlahland — some of Malaysia's biggest lifestyle events
• You will run real sales, manage real stock, and make real decisions in front of real customers
• By the end of this, you won't just have something to put on your resume — you'll actually know how a brand makes money

🎯 What You'll Actually Do

• Plan and execute booth setups and teardowns at events like Art Of Speed, Hausboom, Boom+, and Lahlahland
• Approach customers, pitch products, and close sales on the floor — this is hands-on, face-to-face selling
• Manage event inventory — stock counts, replenishment, zero dead stock
• Track daily sales, conversion rates, and booth performance against real targets
• Coordinate logistics and manpower for event days — timing, transport, and setup flow
• Spot problems on the ground and fix them in real-time without waiting to be told
• Support consignment retail operations across partner stores when not on event duty
• Suggest improvements to booth layout, pricing displays, and sales flow based on what you see

Job Requirements

✅ Who We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Retail Management, or any related field
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays — events don't happen on Mondays (non-negotiable)
• Physically able to set up booths, carry stock, and stand for extended periods on event days
• Outgoing and comfortable talking to strangers — confident enough to start a conversation
• Takes initiative — you see a problem, you fix it, without being asked
• Can communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a bonus)
• Have own transport or willing to travel to event locations across Klang Valley
• Genuinely wants to learn how a brand makes money — not just clocking hours for a logbook

Bonus Points If You:

• Have sold anything before — bazaar, pasar malam, Shopee, doesn't matter
• Have personally attended Art Of Speed or Hausboom as a customer
• Follow Malaysian lifestyle and culture events
• Can shoot short-form content on your phone
• Have an interest in fashion, streetwear, or consumer brands

No prior retail or sales experience needed — we train from zero. What we can't teach is attitude.
