Job Description

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our team. This role focuses on user-generated content (UGC), influencer (KOL) collaborations, affiliate marketing, and content creation to support brand growth across digital platforms.

You will gain hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, working with creators, and producing engaging content that drives awareness and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing UGC campaigns across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) 
• Source, outreach, and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers 
• Coordinate affiliate marketing programs, including onboarding and tracking performance 
• Support content creation (short-form videos, captions, basic editing, trend research) 
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports/insights 
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities 
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas and content strategies

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 
• Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends 
• Familiar with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and basic content creation tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva) 
• Creative mindset with a good eye for content and storytelling 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (for dealing with KOLs/affiliates) 
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks/projects 
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing or willingness to learn 
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Experience creating TikTok/Reels content 
• Basic video editing skills 
• Understanding of analytics (engagement rate, CTR, conversions) 
• Experience working with influencers or running small campaigns
