About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to be the "Control Tower" of our stock flow. Unlike a traditional warehouse role, you will be the bridge between our factories, our fulfillment center, and our physical events. Your goal is simple: Keep the stock moving and the office stock-free.

Job Description (What you’ll be doing):

• Inventory Gatekeeper: Receive and check all incoming stock from factories. Perform Quality Control (QC) to ensure OEM customizations meet our brand standards.
• The "Zero-Stock" Mission: Manage the rapid transit of goods. Ensure stock is immediately allocated and moved from the office to our Fulfillment Center (FC), retail points, or event sites.
• Logistics Specialist: Coordinate daily shipments and bulk deliveries via Lalamove or 3PL partners for events and retail restocks.
• Document Lead: Handle the essential paper trail, including generating Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices for B2B clients.
• Sales Reporting: Request and compile sales reports from consignment partners to plan for stock replenishment.
• Event Prep: Oversee the logistics for event setups, ensuring all stock and promotional materials arrive on time and in perfect condition.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements (Who we are looking for):

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Operations, or Warehouse Admin (Fresh graduates with a sharp mind and "can-do" attitude are welcome to apply).
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (You’ll be handling stock data and sales reports).
• Meticulous Nature: High attention to detail is a must—especially when checking OEM specifications and financial documents.
• Problem Solver: Ability to work independently and think on your feet when delivery or stock issues arise.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable with "active work," including unboxing, checking stock, and preparing items for dispatch.
• Communication: Good communication skills to liaise with factory partners and delivery drivers.
