Job Description

Assist Group Lease Admin on monitor and follow up monthly sales report and tenant’s sales submission – to ensure all tenant submit the monthly sales report on time.

To handle pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters such as issuance of Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement, Supplementary Agreement, Renewal letter, Termination letter and other leasing related documents.

Follow-up all the relevant documents until the Tenancy Agreement/Supplementary Agreement is executed by both parties.

To monitor lease expiry and renewals. Preparation of tenancy renewal and expiry summary for the Senior Leasing Manager.

Assist leasing on drafting of correspondence to tenants on tenancy, rental rebate and termination.

Provide administrative support to Leasing Manager which includes filing, correspondences, collection of tenant documentation, etc.
