Job Description

Plan preventive maintenances for LT equipment and accessories including data tracking, calibration, energy management, load balancing, load test, etc.

Monitor electrical system with monitoring parameters identified to check the performance of electrical system.

Monitor, testing and maintenance of firefighting system as to provide maximum protection to co-workers and company assets.

Supervise the work and service of external contractors, monitoring their performance to ensure compliance with service standards.

Identify the scope of work for service contractors and submit monthly schedules of service activities to the Maintenance Manager for approval.

To report any fault or failure immediately to the management during the servicing time and recommend for follow up action.

To carry out all necessary maintenance works and checklist as assigned by management (i.e. all types of water pumps, Hex System, FCU, AHU, ACSU, sewerage treatment plant (STP), ventilation fans and etc.).

To attend all Service Request or complain by mall tenants and keep updating to Manager/Assist Manager on the status via Work Order in order prove that it has been rectified or pending by whatever factors.

To report any fault or failure immediately to the management during the servicing time and recommend for follow up action.

To inspect, monitor and test all emergency equipments and installations as per schedule.
