Job Description
1. Read user feedback which sent via Feedback app inbuilt in phone. 2. Find issues from user feedback 3. Investigate issues by communication with users 4. Highlight critical issues asap. 5. Manage user groups.
Job Requirements
1. Familiar with the functions of the main modules of the phone, such as Network, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, mobile phone testing experience is preferred 2. Good at communication, good at thinking about problems, good teamwork skills 3. Have a certain cognition and understanding of the problems reported by users, and have a certain sensitivity to the problems 4. Have empathy, empathize with users' feedback, and are willing to serve users. 5. Fluent in English reading and writing, able to communicate effectively with foreign users. English level 4 or above is preferred, knowledge of Russian, Spanish, Indonesian is preferred 6. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing Chinese, able to communicate effectively with Xiaomi domestic employees
