Job Description

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining proper documentation.
• Ensure timely processing of orders, contracts, and payments.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Familiar in AutoCount software. 
• At least 1–3 years of experience in full set account management(fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
