Job Description

• Promote and sell WMA’s courses, training programs, seminars, and conferences to both corporate and individual clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build long-term partnerships.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing and sales campaigns for upcoming programs and events.
• Conduct market research to identify potential audiences and industry trends.
• Work closely with the marketing and event teams to ensure smooth coordination and event success.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and conferences as part of promotional activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or event promotion (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about education and events.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to travel or work on weekends occasionally during events.
