Job Description

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with corporate clients, sponsors, and event partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing and events team to design attractive proposals and solutions for clients.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Represent WMA at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular business reports, forecasts, and sales performance updates.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in education, training, or events industry).
• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Goal-driven with strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel when required.
