Job Description
- Design and develop marketing materials, including banners, brochures, social media visuals, and presentation decks.
- Create and maintain event landing pages and corporate websites using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visuals that align with campaign objectives and event themes.
- Design digital ads for Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms.
- Optimize visual content for both web and mobile platforms.
- Assist in UI/UX improvements for WMA’s online registration pages and participant portals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Keep up with design trends and recommend fresh ideas to elevate the brand image.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design and web design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and web tools (WordPress, Webflow, Elementor, or similar).
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and branding.
- Passionate about design that inspires learning, creativity, and connection.
