Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product or service information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in order processing, including tracking orders, managing returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to higher management if needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records by updating information in the CRM system and tracking interactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering personalized solutions and ensuring follow-up.
  • Provide product/service recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to effectively assist customers and resolve issues.
  • Monitor customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve processes and products.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and consistent information.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
  • Experience handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat is a plus.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with upset or frustrated customers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
