Job Description
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and social media platforms
- Provide clear and accurate information about courses, schedules, and promotions
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrolled students
- Build strong rapport with customers and maintain a positive brand experience
- Support students throughout their learning journey (before & after enrollment)
- Update and manage customer information in CRM system
- Work closely with marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rate
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- 1–2 years experience in customer service / telesales / education industry (fresh grads are welcome)
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (to support Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with good follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment
