Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Digital Marketer with 2–3 years of experience to help manage our digital acquisition and content footprint. In this role, you will be execution-focused—building and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google, creating engaging short-form social media content, tracking channel budgets, and ensuring our leads convert into real business growth.

Job Requirements
1. Paid Ads Execution (Meta & Google)
- Build, launch, and monitor daily paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display).
- Write punchy ad copy and test continuous variations of creatives, copy, and audience targeting to lower CPA and boost CTR.
- Manage day-to-day audience targeting, retargeting setups, and basic campaign optimizations.
2. Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Plan, shoot, and edit original organic and paid content for key channels (Reels, TikToks, graphics, text posts).
- Maintain a structured content calendar, stay ahead of social trends and audio formats, and interact with our online community.
- Repurpose long-form brand content into short, shareable social assets.
3. Budget Tracking & Campaign Analytics
- Monitor daily campaign budgets across Meta and Google to ensure ad spend stays strictly on target.
- Set up and maintain basic conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, standard events).
- Track daily and weekly performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and update performance tracking sheets/dashboards.
4. Lead Conversion & Funnel Support
- Help design and build optimized landing pages and lead forms (using tools like Unbounce, WordPress, or similar).
- Monitor the flow of leads from ad clicks into the CRM/sales queue to ensure leads aren't dropping off.
- Assist in writing and launching automated follow-up email/SMS sequences to nurture incoming leads.
