Job Description

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
• Monitor and analyze digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize performance.
• Create and manage online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), including budgeting, targeting, and reporting.
• Coordinate SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Write, edit, and proofread engaging digital content for blogs, websites, emails, and social media platforms.
• Manage website content and collaborate with designers and developers to ensure it is user-friendly and up to date.
• Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and incorporate them into strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, product) to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
• Assist with branding and public relations initiatives to enhance online presence.
• Customer engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms professionally and promptly.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles (typically 1-3 years).
• Experience with SEO, SEM, social media management, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other performance measurement tools.
