Job Description

• Product Management:
  
• Upload, update, and maintain accurate product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, eBay).
• Ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels are current and accurate.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure products are always available for sale.
• Sales & Marketing:
  
• Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and sales.
• Optimize product pages for SEO to increase organic traffic.
• Run online advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads, etc.) and track performance.
• Order Management:
  
• Process orders efficiently, ensuring prompt shipment and handling of returns or exchanges.
• Resolve any order discrepancies and liaise with logistics or fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Customer Service:
  
• Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback through email, phone, and chat channels.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, and customer behaviors.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and user experience.
• Competitor & Market Research:
  
• Track competitor activity and industry trends to ensure the company stays competitive.
• Use insights to make recommendations for pricing, product selection, and marketing strategies.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
  
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with external vendors, such as payment processors and delivery services, to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
