Job Description
- Plan, organize, and execute company events, roadshows, and seminars.
- Coordinate logistics, registration, and on-site arrangements.
- Work closely with vendors, trainers, and marketing and sales teams to ensure event success.
- Support event production on-site, including setup and teardown.
- Source and secure sponsorships and partnerships for events.
- Assist in event setup, booth arrangement, and promotional activities.
- Support the sales team during online LIVE sessions and event promotions.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin(spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet event deadlines.
- Willing to work on weekends or travel for events.
- Energetic, proactive, and a strong team player.
