Job Description

  • Plan, organize, and execute events including conferences, seminars, corporate meetings, product launches, and social events.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers, such as decorators, photographers, and audiovisual teams, to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Create event timelines and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Handle event registration and provide support to attendees, including pre-event communication and on-site assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, PR) to align event goals with company objectives.
  • Track and evaluate event performance, gathering feedback from attendees and stakeholders to improve future events.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations, including health and safety measures and permits.
  • Provide post-event reports with analysis on successes, areas for improvement, and overall feedback.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and event stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and potential for repeat business.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certification in event planning or management (optional).
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination (typically 1-3 years in similar roles).
  • Experience in managing both virtual and in-person events is a plus.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
