Job Description
- Plan, organize, and execute events (e.g., corporate events, conferences, product launches, exhibitions).
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop event proposals, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage event setup, on-site operations, and post-event teardown.
- Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any issues on-site.
- Prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis.
- Ensure all events comply with safety, health, and company policies.
- Contribute to event marketing and promotional activities.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event planning or related roles (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Willing to work irregular hours, weekends, and travel for events when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of event management tools is a plus.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
