Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing
- Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Manage petty cash, staff claims, and expense tracking
- Issue invoices and monitor accounts receivable & collections
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and banks
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Support general administrative and finance-related tasks
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in handling full set accounts
- Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply
- Familiar with AutoCount or other accounting systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (preferred)
